  • When compiling the Multilingual Glossary of Dendrochronology, we resorted primarily to two reference works in dendrochronology and several official terminologies. In addition, we searched the scientific literature for further definitions. In case of doubt, we sought advice from European and North American field specialists, some of them provided us with original definitions.
