Indistinct rings, vessels solitary simple perforations, vessel diameter 70 – 140µm, with scalariform and vestured intervessel pits, groups of fibers fibers thick-walled, parenchyma vasicentric and pervasive, ray width 5 -15 cells, with sheet cells, more or less homocellular with square cells.

Phloem

With tangential bands of collapsed sieve tubes, with ray dilatations, small groups of thick-walled sclerenchyma cells, with a few prismatic crystals in rays.
