Indistinct rings, solitary thick-walled vessels, simple perforations, vessel diameter 40-80µm, round and scalariform intervessel-pits, a few thick-walled fibers, parenchyma paratracheal vasicentric and pervasive, ray width 3-6 cells, unlignified, homocellular with square and upright cells.

Phloem

With ray dilatations, radial rows of sieve-tubes, parenchyma ad sclereids. Tangential separation of layers present.
