Distinct rings, semi-ring to ring-porous, vessels solitary, and in more or less radial groups, simple perforation, vessel diameter 50-100µm, with thin helical thickenings, fibers with large pits, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma apotracheal and paratracheal,rays 5-10 seriate with sheet cells, heterocellular with many prostrate and a few upright cells with a few crystal druses in rays.

Phloem

With many phloem and a few larger parenchyma cells, annual? tangential zones compressd cells, rays bended, with crystal druses, tissue radially splitted, multilayered periderm with regular arranged cells, mostly compressed..
