Xylem

Distinct rings, semi-ring porous, vessels solitaryand in groups, simple perforation, vessel diameter 50-100µm, with helical thickenings, fibers with large pits, fibers thin- to thick-walled, parenchyma absent or apotracheal, rays uni seriate 3-16 seriate, heterocellular with many prostrate and a few upright cells with a few crystal druses in rays.

Phloem

With many phloem and a few larger parenchyma cells, many single sclerenchyma cells, rays bended, with crystal druses, tissue radially splitted, multilayered periderm with regular arranged cells, mostly compressed.
