Distinct rings, diffuse porous, vessels solitary, simple perforation, vessel diameter 30-50µm, fibers with large pits, fibers thin- to thick-walled, parenchyma apotracheal, rays 1-3 -seriate, heterocellular with many prostrate and one row of upright cells with a few prismatic crystals.

Phloem

With sieve tubes and parenchyma in tangential bands, sclerenchyma cells in tangential rows, with prismatic crystals, rays slightly curved, multilayered periderm with regular arranged cells.
