Distinct rings, diffuse-porous, vessels in short radial multiples and in groups, simple perforation, vessel diameter 40-80µm, large vessel-ray pits, fibers with small pits, fibers thin-to thick-walled, parenchyma not to recognize, rays uniseriate, heterocellular with prostrate and a few rows of upright marginal cells.

Phloem

With tangential layers of sieve-tubes and parenchyma cells, tangential bands of sclerenchyma cells, with dilatations, with crystal druses and prismatic crystals.
