Distinct rings, diffuse-porous, vessels mostly in slightly diagonal groups , simple perforations, ray-vessel pits large, round, with helical thickenings, vessels surrounded by vasicentric tracheids, fibers thin-to thick-walled, with small pits, parenchyma apotracheal, in aggregates and terminal, rays uniseriate, homocellular with upright cells.
