Rings distinct, semi-ring porous, vessels in radial multiples, simple perforations, thin-walled fibers, apotracheal, rays with 1 to 3 cells, with upright cells. Lactifers in rays. Small groups of collapsed sieve cells at the beginning of the secondary xylem.
