Distinct rings, diffuse porous, vessels in groups and radial multiples, vessel diameter 20 ¿ 50µm, vessel frequency 200-400 mm2, simple perforations, siphonostele consisting on single long radial vascular bundles, fibers thin to thick-walled, pervasive parenchyma, ray width 3->10 cells, exclusively square and upright ray cells, with crystal druses in the rays.

Distinct ray dilatations, many small groups of sclereids in the phloem, with crystal druses, with aerenchym.
