Indistinct rings, vessels mainly solitary, thick walled, vessel diameter 40-50 mµ, simple perforations, intervascular pits round, fibers thin to thick-walled, paratracheal parenchyma, ray width 4-7 cells, included phloem concentric, continuous, conjunctive tissue fairly thin-walled. lignified, with isodiametric crystals.
