Call for abstracts

Deadline for the submission of abstracts was on 31 January 2013.

Abstracts Information

Deadline for the submission of abstracts to one of the conference topics is 31.01.2013.

Please enter your abstract of maximum 300 words in the registration system.

Registration System

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Authors will be notified until 15.03.2013 about acceptance. They might get the chance to revise their abstract and resubmit it before 10.04.2013.

The number of abstracts per participant (first author) is limited to one.

Accepted abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be presented online. A printed version of the abstracts will be distributed with the conference materials.

We will inform you at a later stage about possibilities for publication of your presentation. Online proceedings as well as a special edition in a peer-reviewed journal are envisaged.
