Registration

The registration is now open. All participants are kindly requested to register for the conference and excursion in advance.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 200 persons for the conference and 100 persons for the excursion.

Students and PhD-students receive a 30% reduction on the above mentioned fees (please send a copy of your student card). The conference fees include the conference materials, a welcome apéro on June 2, coffee breaks and all meals (including conference dinner) on June 3-5, and a guided tour in Lviv.

Accommodation in Lviv is not included in the conference fees.

Fees for students and PhD-students are reduced by 30% (please send a copy of your student card).

The excursion fees include transport, meals and accommodation on June 6 and 7. Please note that only a very limited number of single rooms can be offered.

Not included is the accommodation in Lviv on June 8, before the departure of participants.

Payment

Conference and excursion fees have to be paid within 30 days after registration. All fees have to be paid in CHF**, either by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) or by bank transfer to the following account

**Participants from Ukraine may pay cash in UAH at the registration desk on site (June 2-3, 2013).

Grants: Requests for grants must be submitted to primevalbeech2013@wsl.ch before 31 January 2013, together with the abstract for this conference.

Accommodation

We shall reserve rooms in the Hotel George and – as far as possible – in the student hotel of the Ivan Franko University in the centre of Lviv. The availability of rooms in the latter will depend on possible conferences and workshops of the Ivan Franko University.

The following accommodation costs should be calculated per day:

• Hotel George:
  65-75 EUR (single), 35-40 EUR per person (in double or three-bed room)

• Hotel of Ivan Franko University:
  25-30 EUR (single), 16-25 EUR per person (in double room)

Please let us know whether you are organizing your own accommodation or whether you would like us to book a room in one of the hotels mentioned above (as far as available).

Accommodation must be paid by the participants on site (in UAH).
