Oral presentations must be not longer than 12 minutes (15 minutes including discussions).
The conference room is equipped with data/video projector (beamer) for PowerPoint presentations, and PC with Windows 7/Office 2010.
Please bring your presentation on a USB-stick (named as: paper-ID_ your name) and hand it before working sessions or during the coffee breaks to the technical personnel available in the conference room. Please verify, that it will run correctly under Windows 7/Office 2010. (To be on the safe side, you may save your presentation also as PDF-file). If you bring your own computer, we cannot guarantee that it will work with the beamer. Please note: the time needed to setup your equipment will shorten the time available for your presentation.
Short communications of maximum 2 minutes (120 seconds) length are presented during the oral sessions. You may present 1-2 PowerPoint slides to advertise your poster and to show the 3-4 highlights or main results of your study.
If you intend to present PowerPoint slides, bring it on a USB-stick (named as: paper-ID_ your name) and hand it before working sessions or during the coffee breaks to the technical personnel available in the conference room (see “Oral presentations”.
The maximum size of posters is DIN A0, portrait (84.1 cm wide, 118.9 cm high). Due to the high number of announced posters and the limited space for poster exhibition, we cannot accept larger posters or posters mounted in landscape format.
The posters will be exhibited along the corridors outside the conference hall. They will be fixed with adhesive tape to poster walls. We will assign space (marked with the ID-number) for each poster. Participants are responsible for mounting and removing their posters. Adhesive tape will be provided, but you may also bring your own tape. Posters can be mounted on Monday (June 3) during registration, coffee break and lunch time. They should be on display from Monday afternoon (June 3) to Wednesday noon (June 5). The organisers are will dispose of posters left on the walls after 16:00, June 5, 2013.
Poster sessions will be on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. Each poster will be allocated to one of the sessions. Poster authors are requested to be available for questions during the respective session.
Workshop (invited participants)
The workshop will be on Wednesday, June 5, 17:00-19:00 and Thursday, June 6, 08:00-13:00.
It will be held at the Hotel George, 1, Мickiewicz sq., 79000, Lviv (city center).
