General Terms and Conditions
1. Cost of delivery
Orders placed electronically are binding even if they have not been signed electronically or personally. Incoming orders are normally dealt with within five work days. Delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
If you would like us to meet a particular delivery date, please note this in the box “Notes to do with this order” in Step 2 when placing an order. We will in-form you shortly afterwards whether the requested delivery date can be met.
If a text has not yet been published or is temporarily out of stock, we will retain the order and then post it once it is published or can be delivered.
If delivery is delayed, you will be informed (if possible) by e-mail about the ex-pected delivery date as quickly as possible.
If you hear from us that there are problems with delivery, you will probably be entitled to cancel your order by writing to our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we have restricted the quantity of free publications ordered:
Large orders are possible upon request and against payment of a service and postage charge (email@example.com).
Delivery within Switzerland
Deliveries are made once all items ordered can be sent together and not item
2. Return of goods
Deliveries may only be returned after contacting E-Shop (e.g. by telephone,
letter, fax, or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org) if E-Shop has agreed in writing to
the goods being returned. If you return goods within 10 days in prime and saleable
condition, you will be entitled to a refund in the form of credit. For copyright
reasons, however, software, multimedia-products and DVDs may not be ex-changed.
Items with production defects or faulty deliveries that are returned within
10 days will be replaced by a defect-free item only so long as the item is
indeed a WSL product. Please always cite your customer number, invoice number
and reason for returning the product. You return goods at your own risk, i.e.
you will be liable if they fail to arrive or are damaged.
3. Liability exclusion
WSL cannot be held liable for goods produced by third parties but ordered through
us. The purchaser must contact the manufacturer directly. Faulty WSL products
will be replaced by defect-free products only if the damage was not the result
of improper handling. WSL is not liable for indirect damage.
All prices include the prescribed VAT. Please note that prices are subject
to change. The price in your order is binding.
5. Security and data protection
Your personal data is in safe hands with us and will not be passed on or made
available for anyone outside WSL/SLF to use. All the details you give us are
needed to ensure you can purchase from us comfortably and securely. If you
place an order, we will need your name, your home address, your e-mail ad-dress
and the addresses for delivery and for billing. We will only need your credit
card details and expiry date if you pay for an order by credit card. We do
not store details about credit cards, so these must be provided each time you
