Guidelines for presentations

Eurodendro 2011, September 19 - 23

General information on presentations

The conference will include both oral presentations and poster sessions.

When registering online, you are asked to select your preference for either an oral or poster presentation.

If you intend to give an oral and/or poster presentation at Eurodendro 2011, please submit related abstracts after you registered for the conference.

All abstracts accepted for presentation will be printed in a conference volume and distributed to the participants at the registration desk in Engelberg.

To assist this process, please follow the instructions given on the “Abstract submission” page.

Please follow the guidelines for submission closely.
The deadline for abstracts is 15th April 2009.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations (except the ones given by invited speakers) are scheduled for 15 minutes talk + 5 minutes for discussion.

Speakers and session chairs will be asked to adhere strictly to the timetable.

Computers (IBM + Mac) as well as computer projectors are available for presentation.

All presentations should be uploaded prior to the respective sessions (details to be announced)

Poster presentations

Posters should not exceed the A0-format (594(width) x 841 (height) mm) in portrait form.

There is no space for landscape formats of this size! We will provide material for mounting.
