Industrial Projects and Snow Sports

The SLF group ‚Industrial Projects and Snow Sports“ deals with snow in the specific context of winter sports and tourism. The subjects range from piste preparation and technical snow production to gliding and turning on snow or ice with different pieces of snow sport equipment. Research projects involve close collaboration with the CTI (Commission for Technology and Innovation) and with particular companies. In addition, the group provides technical advice and carries out specific transdisciplinary research on request, for example for companies of the winter sport industry.
