Hydrological Measurements Alptal

On this webpage the WSL research unit Mountain Hydrology and Torrents provides the long term hydrological data sets from the Alptal research sites.

The following data sets are currently available:

• Runoff Erlenbach / Vogelbach / Lümpenenbach: daily values (l/s) 1983 - February 2011
  
  
• Precipitation Erlenbach / Vogelbach / Lümpenenbach: daily sums (mm) 1983 - February 2011
  
  Climate station Erlenbach:  elevation 1220 m a.s.l., coordinates: 697'000/210'950
  Climate station Vogelbach: elevation 1150 m a.s.l., coordinates: 696'800/214'740
  Climate station Lümpenen: elevation 1180 m a.s.l., coordinates: 695'940/211'650
  
  
• Air temperature Erlenbach: daily values 1983 - February 2011
  
  Climate station Erlenbach:  elevation 1220 m a.s.l., coordinates: 697'000/210'950
  
  
• Snow heights, snow densities and SWE at four sites (forest and open sites): weekly to biweekly values 1969/1971/1979/1991 - 2009 
  
  Site 312:   meadow, elevation 1140 m a.s.l.
  Site 331:   meadow, elevation 1350 m a.s.l.
  Site 1011: meadow, elevation 1210 m a.s.l.
  Site 1012: forest, elevation 1185 m a.s.l.
