Instructions on abstracts:
Paper abstracts are due March 15, 2006.
It is open to the participants to submit proposals for paper abstracts of 600 to 800 words or extended abstracts of 2400 to 3200 words (including tables or diagrams and key references) which would give the audience and readers a deeper insight into the project.
All the margins should be 2.5 cm, font should be Times or Times New Roman 12 pts, with single line spacing. Paragraphs should be separated by one blank line. The title and author affiliation information must be clearly indicated. Only one oral presentation will be allowed per person but up to two posters may be submitted in addition to the oral presentation.
Abstracts on any of the conference topics may be submitted by the stated deadlines. Paper submitters should either indicate to which of the listed symposia they wish to contribute or suggest a new symposia theme.

Notification of acceptance: May 15, 2006.
Revised abstracts: June 30, 2006.

Instructions for presentations:
An oral presentation is limited to 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
As for time and location of the individual talks see the detailed conference program and the locations map.
Available equipment:
Each room will have a technical assistant to help you with the equipment.
Computer and beamer facilities are available at the lecture halls, so please bring your presentation on a CD or USB-memory stick the evening before your presentation. You may not use your own laptop!
