Fees

New: One-day passes (only Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
145 Euro / 215 CHF – normal fee for one single day     75 Euro / 115 CHF – reduced fee

Conference:
400 Euro / 600 CHF – normal     200 Euro / 300 CHF – reduced
Extra charge for late registrations after July 31st:   30 Euro / 45 CHF
Participants who register for the whole conference after July 31st will have to pay 30 Euros / 45 CHF extra. This applies to both normal and reduced fees.

1-day Excursion:
35 Euro / 55 CHF – both normal and reduced

2-day Excursion:
160 Euro / 250 CHF – normal     110 Euro / 170 CHF – reduced

Your registration will only be accepted when the conference fee and excursions are paid until August 31st. Please note that we will bring to account the conference fee in Swiss Francs (CHF) and not in Euros.

The conference fee includes:

• coffee breaks, lunches (no beaverages), conference-dinner
• special cultural event
• conference folder and proceedings
• in-conference evening excursion

Reduced fees
Applicants for reduced fees may be:

• Students
  >> have to send or email a copy of their student ID to the contact address by March 15th, 2006
• Other Participants who cannot participate without financial aid
  >> have to send the application form (>> download the application form) to the contact address by March 15th, 2006.

The organizing committee is still working on travel and accommodation scholarships for qualified participants from developing countries. At this point we cannot guarantee additional financial support.
