Dr. Tetyana Tsykun
In general, I'm interested in research that targets questions of phytopathology using methods of molecular ecology and evolution. Particularly my research experience includes population genetics, phylogeny, ecology and mitogenomics of wooden pathogens and pests. I would be happy to join an interesting project which links genomics and ecology or/and phytopathology.
Currently, I’m finishing the project on invasion genetics and maternal lineages delineation from mitochondrial genomes of the wooden pest, Asian long-horned beetle, Anoplophora glabripennis (ALB) in Switzerland. Also, I’m looking for a next research-associated job.
