Distinct rings, diffuse-porous, vessels in groups in radial multiples, simple perforations, with helical thickenings, round intervessel pits, intervessel pits alternate, vessel diameter 50-90 µm, parenchyma paratracheal, ray 3-8seriate, with sheet cells, homocellular with many square and upright cells, with prismatic crystal in rays.
