Indistinct rings, vessels solitary and in short radial multiples, vessel diameter 30-50 mµ, simple perforations, intervascular pits round, fibers thin to thick-walled, paratracheal parenchyma, ray width 3-8 cells, included phloem concentric, conjunctive tissue thin-walled, with few prismatic crystals.
