Distinct rings, semi-ring porous, vessel in radial multiples and in clusters, simple perforation, earlywood vessel diameter 40-70µm, round intervessel pits, fibers thin-walled, apotracheal and paratracheal in external stem parts, pervasive parenchyma in the center, round vessel-ray pits, homocellular unlignified rays ray width 1-2 cells with upright cells.
