Indistinct rings, vessel in radial multiples, simple perforation, vessel diameter 30-40µm, scalariform intervessel pits, fibers absent, pervasive parenchyma, very large homocellular rays with upright cells. Vascular bundle form remaining.

Uniform phloem- Very large cortex consisting on thin-walled parenchyma cells (succulent). With a few, small lactifers.
