Distinct rings, semi-ring- porous, vessel in clusters and short and long radial multiples, simple perforation, vessel diameter 30-50µm, round intervessel pits, fibers thick walled, (partially with tension wood) parenchyma irregular from indistinct to pervasive, homocellular rays upright cells.
