Distinct rings, semi-ring- porous, vessel solitary and in small in clusters simple perforation, vessel diameter 50-80µm, round and slightly scalariform intervessel pits, fibers thin walled, (with much tension wood) parenchyma paratracheal and marginal, homocellular rays upright cells.
