Indistinct rings, vessels in long radial multipels, vesses thick-walled, simple perforations, round and scalariform intervessel pits, vessel diameter 40-80µm, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma vasicentric and confluent, ray width 2-6 cells, homocellular with prostrate cells, ray cells unlignified, crystals absent.
