Distinct rings, semi-ring-porous, vessels in small groups arranged in tangential and dendritic patterns, simple perforations, vessel diameter 30 – 50µm, round intervessel pits, fibers thick-walled fiber, parenchyma vasicentric and apotracheal rays with 2-4 cells in width, with sheet cells, homocellular with many square cells.
