Distinct rings, ring-to semi-ring porous, vessels solitary, simple perforations, vessel diameter 40-50µm, with round and scalariform intervessel pits, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma vasicentric, ray with 3-5 cells in width, homocellular with prostrate cells, prismatic crystals.
