Distinct rings, diffuse porous, vessels solitary, simple perforation, vessel diameter 15-30 µm, round intervessel pits, fibers absent, parenchyma pervasive, vascular bundles remaining, rays absent and multi-seriate, homocellular with square and upright cells. Crystal druses in rays.
