Distinct rings, semi-ring-porous, vessels solitary, simple perforation, intervessel pitting round, alternating, with fine helical thickenings, vessel diameter 30-40 µm, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma apotracheal rays 1-2-seriate, homocellular with procumbent cells and heterocellular many prostrate and one row of upright, without crystals.
