Indistinct rings, vessels solitary, simple perforations, round intervessel pits, intervessel pits alternate, vessel diameter 50-90 µm, parenchyma in large distinct tangential bands alternating with fiber bands, ray width 2-3 and large 8 cells, homocellular with many square and upright cells, with a crystal druses in rays.
