Distinct rings, diffuse porous, vessels in radial multiples, vessel diameter 20 ¿ 50µm, vessel frequency 200-400 mm2, simple perforations, siphonostele consisting on single vascular bundles, small spots of thin to thick-walled fibers, pervasive parenchyma, ray width 3->10 cells, exclusively square and upright ray cells, with crystal druses in the rays.
