Current research

Dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) and its potential role for ecosystem nutrition(DFG/SNF-Priority Program SPP1685) Focus of the project:

  • Production, bio-availability and mobility of dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP)
  • Characterization of enzyme-labile DOP in soil solution to estimate the bio-available proportion of DOP
  • Estimation of DOP fluxes and mobility of DOP constituents in soil
