Copernicus Land Monitoring 2010-2020, Land cover / land use Switzerland

This project funding is done by FOEN in order to observe actively the ongoing developments within Copernicus Land Monitoring Services. It encompasses the collaboration in working groups like EAGLE, technical / scientific  assistance in EIONET meetings or expertise in international land cover / land use topics.

Within the Copernicus Land Monitoring Services five "High Resolution Layers" are produced for all of Europe in 2013 (data of 2011 / 2012) by private service providers. WSL is validating the Swiss part of that data and supports FOEN in all aspects of the pan European land data sets of EEA.
