Nationale INSECT-Tagung

Following the massive insect decline reported in the German Krefeld study (2017), the project INSECT was launched as a national initiative to assess the actual status of insect communities in Switzerland. Over the past six years, INSECT has investigated the composition, drivers and temporal changes of insect communities across agricultural, forest and semi-natural ecosystems. At this one-day conference, the project’s findings will be presented to a broad public for the first time. The conference will also provide a platform for presenting and discussing new findings from other projects on insect biodiversity.
