Research interest

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the PAPPUS project, which examines how the design and maintenance of urban green spaces influence biodiversity. My work combines network ecology and macroecological approaches to investigate how ecological networks, such as pollination networks and multitrophic food webs, respond to urbanization and to different management strategies of urban green spaces. I am also interested in the drivers of taxonomic, functional, and phylogenetic uniqueness of urban plant communities across cities, and in how their composition may shift with increasing urban densification and climate change.
