ENGAGE Project

As part of an ETH-wide collaboration project about science policy dialogue, we produce targeted models that contribute to a transdisciplinary team effort to support stakeholders integrating both biodiversity stewardship and renewable energy production in their daily work. We conduct a systematic literature review on trade-offs between renewable energies and biodiversity, testing different large language models and developing a pipeline that allows to update scientific evidence much faster in the future. We summarize this evidence for stakeholder workshops to support a community of good practices for a biodiversity-friendly energy transition.
